enema_big.jpgGet out your nurse costume and your dirtiest medical fetish fantasy because this stainless steel enema syringe is ready to fill you up! As soon as it comes out of the box you may notice your adrenal glands pinging a harder than normal. At eight ounces of butt filling glory, this toy may be a bit more intimidating than your standard fare. But don't let the surgical steel and size scare you, this precision power enema kit will give you as much or as little as you wish down to the cubic centimeter.

First things first, wash it in the dishwasher before you use it. I comes with the inside coated with some kind of machine oil that smells a bit like an old trombone. I don't know what this oil is, but I don't think you want it in your ass. After you've washed it thoroughly, lube the metal plunger with some silicon-based lubrication and screw it back together with one of the two nozzles on the tip. One of the nozzles is a straight tapered one, great for squirting warm liquid on a clitoris or other sensitive spot. The second one is shaped like a mini butt plug does a wonderful job of filling a rectum with whatever liquid you prefer.

The package also includes a concave steel disk that can be placed between the syringe and the nozzle so that you can comfortably push it hard against a partner's backside without accidentally giving him or her more than you intended. All anal toys should come with a flared base and this disk does a nice job of that. Turn the disc around and it acts as a splash guard for the wielder of the syringe.

The instructions on Extreme Restraints, instruct you to unscrew it and fill it up, but this is unnecessary and messy. Instead just get out a bowl or glass, fill it up and insert the nozzle and pull back on the plunger. The syringe will quickly vacuum up the liquid with an intimidating sound as it charges up. Then lube up the tip, insert it into a thirsty orifice and push down on the plunger. The liquid leaves the nozzle as a very powerful stream, so go slow until you've mastered the pressure of this toy.

The benefits of this toy over bulb style enema kits are numerous. The likelihood of getting air in the mix is greatly reduced because you can tip syringe upside down and then purge the air from the tip just like you see doctors do on even completely unrealistic TV shows. Bulb kits make it nearly impossible to not inject air into the rectum and this is usually not a desired side-effect of an enema. It is much more powerful than a bulb and much easier to give multiple doses of liquid. The syringe system makes it easier to inject small amounts of liquid without any waste, so injecting semen or lubrication is a snap. Bulb kits always have extra fluid in the bulb that cannot be injected no matter how much you squeeze and crinkle that rubber bladder. Cleaning the syringe is also a breeze. It comes apart easier than an immersion blender and takes up less space in your dishwasher.
